Meet our Preschool Director

Mrs. Eliana Mata

We are thrilled to introduce Ms. Eliana Mata as the newly appointed Preschool Director at My Academy Preschool and Learning Center. With over 23 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, Eliana brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our community. She holds a Cum Laude Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from José Antonio Paez University of Valencia.. Additionally, she has earned her Director’s Credential for the state of Florida.

Eliana has spent more than 15 years at the nationally recognized Educational Institution Juan XXIII, which is accredited by the International Baccalaureate (IB) Program, where she has served as an Academic Coordinator and Teacher. Her work has supported teachers, staff, families, and the wider community, and she is excited to continue her journey with My Academy to help foster a nurturing and supportive environment for your child’s education.

A proud mother of two, Eliana is committed to building strong relationships with families and is eager to engage with parents through her monthly "Coffee with the Director" sessions on Zoom, where she will discuss important childcare topics and connect with our community.

At My Academy, we are all part of a team working toward the success of your little ones, and Eliana’s leadership will be a guiding force in making that happen.
